New Boots

I've bought boots last week!

I spotted these gray suede knee high boots a while ago but didn't buy them untill last week, becouse I wasn't sure about the wedge heel...

But... I kept on trying them on every time I past by them, so I finaly had to buy them... :) And I love them! The wedges make them alot more wearable then tower high heels. Even suiteble for snowy walks to work!

Hong Kong order!

A while ago I orderd a few things from the website YesStyle. An online shop that sells... well anything!

I'm not an online order kind of girl though... I like to try on, feel, sniff and get my hands on stuff befor I commit to spending money on it. But sometimes I just can't find what I want in local stores... And this website has ALOT of stuff.

I picked outs theese 3 things:

A bag!

I've been searching for a plain yet stylish black bag and that was surprisingly hard to find!

This one i found in the mens section!

It has a combination of black/gray-ish chunky woven cotton and black leather.

I love texture combinations like that.

Booties!

Yes I know... Fake UGGS...

I just really needed something warm and comfortable for winter scool days. And didn't want to pay the €

250 (or more I think) for them.

I liked the leater look of theese. Just a little different than what everyone else has.

A Christmas Dress!

I wanted something fun to wear for christmas this year :)

This reminded me of the traditional deer jumpers grandma's knit for you for chrismas!

And becouse spend over a sertain amout of money I got free shipping and a free gift!! Yey!

NYE Dresses

So it's party month December, and I plan to party indeed!

The party I'm always most excited about is New Years Eve! I's The one party a year you can really dress up and not look overdressed! (Up here anyway... If there's a place in this world where you can always dress like this, please tell me :)

I'm wearing a mini dress and high heels! And off course I want a new dress, just for the occasion! (I'm such a girl... )

I do have a budget, so finding a perfect dress within that budget is kind of a challange. But theese are some dresses I found on online stores that I love.

New Shoes!

Just a quick post about the booties I bought last week.

I saw theese on Kim's blog: All About The Style. I couldn't resist.. I had to buy them!

I'm obsessed with black and studs lately so they fit right into my collection! They're easy to walk in even though they're kind of high. Nice to make a everyday outfit a little bit more interesting! :)

Artdeco Eyeshadow Base

I while ago I bought some Artdeco Makeup, and I kind of really like this brand! It doesn't cost much and has just a little bigger viarety of products then others brands in this price range.

For exsample the Eyeshadow Base.

What is says:

"Eyeshadow base considerably inproves the durability, colour intensity and luminescence of powder eye shadow and makes it waterproof. With vitamin E and bisabolol."

And it really does all of that!

My makeup stays on all day and I even need an oil-based makeup remover to get it off at night! (wich makes the waterproof part true!) I'm guessing the last two are for caring and anti-aging of the skin, so thats always good.

I've seen people compair it with Urban Decay Primer Potion and Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

And considering I only paid about 6/7 euro's for this, thats pretty good!!

The only down side for me is that it has glitter in it... Not a lot, but it does show up through my matte eyeshadows...

It doesn't really matter though, I haven't worn my eyeshadow without this since I first used it, and won't ever again!

Lush skincare

My skin hasn't looked this good since I was 12... I'ts still not perfect but I guess thats an unrealistic goal. I'm just glad that I don't have to worry about it all the time, and am able to go out the door without any concealer, foundation or powder once in a while!

The up comming hollidays

I'm not a big fan of the hollidays itself, the awkward family meetings and the expensive gift buying arent really on my favorites list.. But I love all the fuss that comes with them. The fact that it's dark really early and candles are burning everywere around the house. Shopping for a new years eve party dress. The pretty decorations everywhere, Amsterdam is so pretty around christmas!

I can finally see again! And the compliments that come with wearing them aren't bad either :)

My winter coat

For the first time in yearsss I finally found one I really like, and I don't have to walk around in a thin leather jacket and 300 layers of shirts this winter.

Yes, I'ts in out's too.. There's nothing wrong with the coat itself, but I see someone wearing it, at least twice a day.... I bought it when it was still to warm to wear it, and I guess everybody did. If I knew this many people bought it, I wouldn't have bought it myself. Wearing something that everybody has, is just less fun for me.. Wich brings me to out #2

H&M's designer collaborations

I really love the concept of this though. Making designer clothes available for a wide range of people. It just got out of hand a little bit... First you have to survive the biggest catfight ever. And if you get your hands on the object you wanted, everybody will know where you got it, how much you payed for it, and half of all the girls everywhere will be wearing it!

Whats wrong with this half of the human kind, and why don't they know how to treat the other half...

Oh well maybe it's me, I do have a thing for the tipacal bad boy..

Outfit

An outfit I wore to scool this last week.

Pretty simple, black and gray. How I like it :p

The black jeans were dyed with a kind of shiny black dye, wich make them look leather-ish. (you can kind of see it on the seccond picture)

I wore my new H&M cardigan and tooth necklace with it!

Me and Mr. Ray Ban

My new glasses!

I had my first pair of glasses 3 years ago, and my eyes have gotten a little worse since then. :(

The benefits: I got to choose a new pair!

I wanted something similar to my old ones, but I with a black and a little bolder frame.

And found the perfect one at Ray Ban!

I always keep things pretty basic when going out. I wear a lot of black desses, black boots and big statement jewelry.

This dress has the big statement jewelry build in with the beaded neckline!

Artdeco Cosmetics

Oke, lets talk make up!

Artdeco is a brand that I never really paid any atention to... Its a German brand and in the L'oreal, Maybelline price range, but has different kind of products. (available at some Douglas stores for my Dutch ladies!)

It has a wide range of eyeshadows that you buy in separated pans, and "beauty boxes" (pallets), to put them in.

I wanted to try those, and some other products!

What I bought:

- eyeshadow #554, a matt neutral vanilla

- eyeshadow #05, a pearly grey brown

- eyeshadow #524, a matt dark gray mocha

- Beauty Box (Trio)

- Eyebrow Pencil #6, a medium grey brown

- All In One Mascara in Brown

The eyeshadows are great if you dont want to spend a lot of money on MAC! The quality is pretty good! The only thing is that the vanilla one doesn't really show up on my skintone... But they're verry buttery soft and pigmented!

The eyebrow pencil has the perfect colour for me! My hair is a dark gray-ish blond, and other pencils always were too brown or too yellow-ish..
