My Favorite...

... Lush Soap!

My favorite Lush soap is Vigs and Leaves!

I don't hear alot about this soap.. I tried the popular Honey I Washed the Kids, Rock Star and Porridge soaps and I did like them! But this one is still my favorite :)

The smell reminds me of a rainforrest. Earthy and slightly exotic. The soap itself is creamy and moisturizing, with little brown seeds that exfoliate. It doesn't lather alot becouse of the moisturizing factor, but if you use a loofah it will foam up quite a bit.

What's your favorite Lush item?

Review: Lush Herbalism and Angels On Bare Skin

I've been using Lush's skincare products for a while now, so I tought I would tell u what I think of them!

I'm reviewing Herbalism and Angels On Bare Skin facewashes in one post becouse they're kind of similar in use and I wanted to compair the results and effects.

Angels On Bare Skin

Description:
For heavenly soft and balanced skin. The kaolin clay base deep cleanses while ground almonds gently exfoliate the dead skin away. Rose and lavender are added to soothe and help balance out combination skin. A great daily cleanser for all skin types.

What I think:
Well almost the same as the description! It really made my skin soft and clean feeling. The only thing is that this one is a little bit too rich for me. It's really nice for combination/dry skin, but after using it for a while I noticed I got more blackheads and a few break outs. Noting bad, but I need something a little less rich.

Wich brought me to this one:

Herbalism

Description:
This one is specifically designed to help absorb excess oils and leave the skin looking less shiny, making it great for skin on the oily side. We put calming rose and chamomile in to soothe and ground almonds for a gentle exfoliation, helping clear up troubled spots.

What I Think:
I loooove this one! It does everything it says. Most acne products I used dried me out and made my brake outs worse, but this one balances my skin out perfectly!

How I use it:
It is a kind of weird product to use though... Most cleansers are liquid or a bar of soap, this is a crumbly mud. So you have to use a specific technique if you don't want this to end up all over the bathroom floor instead of your face..

You'll need Lush's Herbalism.
Seriously?! Yes.

Take a coin sized dot.

Mix it with a few drops of water into a paste.

Press a washcloth with hot water on your skin to dampen it and open up pores.
Massage the paste into your skin, and yes, It'll look like some kind of moss is growing on your face.
Wash off with water.

Now apply a toner and moisturizer!
I'll review the ones I use some time soon!
